CakeNight information amidst COVID-19 Outbreak

We have received many inquiries as the the status of CakeNight with the COVID-19 Virus.

We are pleased to announce that CakeNight has returned!! It will look a little different but we are happy to be back decorating with all of you!

 

Masks will be required when not seated at your table. There will be no exemptions, please do not purchase a ticket if this is an issue for you. All tables will spaced 6 feet apart and a max of 6 people per table will be allowed. Parties will be allowed to sit together for a max of 6 people. Smaller groups will not be seated with others.  All Alberta Health guidelines will be followed at the time of the event. 

In the event that AHS will not allow such an event to happen due to policy changes, all tickets will be refunded. 

Purchased tickets are non refundable. In the event that you have a booking with us and are unable to attend due to illness or due to contact with an affected individual, we will issue a credit of transferability to be used at a later date without penalty.

To help us reduce wasted product, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to let us know you will be unable to attend allowing us to reopen your spot for another customer. 

Following the recommendations of Alberta Health Services at of the time o we ask that any customer who has been out of Canada within the last 14 days, who has had contact with an individual who is known to have or suspected of having contracted the COVID-19 virus, or is currently experiencing symptoms of any illness contact us to have a credit issued and not attend the event for the health and safety of our other patrons and as a community effort to slow the spread of the virus.

In the meantime, we want our valued guests to know that we take workplace cleanliness and sanitization processes very seriously. We want to assure you that we are taking all necessary steps to protect our guests and employees.
