CakeNight information amidst COVID-19 Outbreak
We have received many inquiries as the the status of CakeNight with the COVID-19 Virus.
We are pleased to announce that all scheduled CakeNight events are proceeding as scheduled!
We recognize that everyone would like assurance that future bookings will be protected against changes in advice from Health Authorities. Therefore we are suspending our policy of no transferability for CakeNight bookings.
In the event that you have a booking with us and are unable to attend due to illness or due to contact with an affected individual, we will issue a credit of transferability to be used at a later date without penalty.
To help us reduce wasted product, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to let us know you will be unable to attend allowing us to reopen your spot for another customer.
Following the recommendations of Alberta Health Services at of the time of writing (March 14th), we ask that any customer who has been out of Canada within the last 14 days, who has had contact with an individual who is known to have or suspected of having contracted the COVID-19 virus, or is currently experiencing symptoms of any illness contact us to have a credit issued and not attend the event for the health and safety of our other patrons and as a community effort to slow the spread of the virus.
In the meantime, we want our valued guests to know that we take workplace cleanliness and sanitization processes very seriously. We want to assure you that we are taking all necessary steps to protect our guests and employees.
